6% of gross load pay for one truck. Fleets of 2 or more pay 5% per truck on every truck (limited-time fleet rate).

Are there any other fees?

No setup fee, no monthly minimum and no cancellation fee. The percentage is the whole price.

When do I pay?

Only on loads you haul. A week off, or a week with no load you approve, costs nothing.

Getting started

What equipment do you dispatch?

Semi tractors pulling 48 or 53 ft reefer trailers, under the carrier's own MC. We don't dispatch any other equipment.

What do I need to start?

Active MC and USDOT numbers, a W-9, a certificate of insurance, and your truck and trailer details. A notice of assignment too if you factor.

Is there a contract?

A month-to-month dispatch agreement. You can leave with 30 days notice.

How onboarding works, step by step

How loads are booked

Where do the loads come from?

The major load boards, plus brokers and shippers we work with directly. Most reefer spot freight moves through brokers.

Who decides which loads I take?

You do. We bring each load with the rate, miles, temp setting and appointments, and book it only after you say yes.

Do you guarantee a number of loads or a rate?

No. Markets change week to week, and anyone promising a set number of loads isn't being straight with you. We work the market and negotiate every load.

How we find and book reefer loads

Paperwork

Who fills out broker packets?

We do, using your documents. Broker setups are under your MC, so they stay yours.

Who handles check calls and detention?

We give brokers check calls and delivery updates, log your in and out times, and file detention, layover and TONU claims with the paperwork attached.

Do I get reports?

Yes, a weekly earnings report: every load, miles, gross, rate per mile and our fee.
