What this site is
ReeferDispatchers is a dispatch service for carriers running 48 and 53 ft reefer trailers under their own operating authority. We are not a freight broker, a load board, an insurance agency, a lender or a law firm. This website describes our service and offers free guides and calculators.
Dispatch service terms
Prices and terms described on this site (including our pricing) are a summary. The terms that govern dispatch services are in the written dispatch agreement you sign with us. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls. Sending an application does not create a dispatch agreement.
Calculators are estimates
Our calculators produce estimates from the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown on each tool. They are for planning only. They are not quotes, offers or advice, and we don't guarantee any rate, load, income or outcome.
Guides are general information
Our guides are general information about running a reefer operation. They are not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Regulations, rates and company offerings change; check the official sources we cite and talk to a qualified professional before relying on anything for a decision.

Market numbers on this site come from named public sources and are dated. Numbers marked as examples are illustrations only, not averages, forecasts or promises.
