Privacy policy

This policy explains what ReeferDispatchers ("we") collects through reeferdispatchers.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a dispatch service for reefer carriers. We don't sell personal information.

What we collect

When you send our quick-apply panel, dispatch application or contact form, we collect what you type:

• Your name, mobile phone number and, if you give it, email address.
• Your MC or USDOT number, if you give it.
• Equipment details: trailer length and number of trucks.
• Your operating authority status, home base or main lane, and any message you write.
• Your consent to be contacted, with the time it was given.

With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the referring page, any campaign tags in the link you arrived on (stored in a first-party cookie for 30 days), the kind of device, and the time. Our anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots.

Why we use it

To contact you about dispatch services, set up our dispatch agreement if you go ahead, and keep records of your consent. We don't use your details for anything unrelated to that.

Calculators and tools

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us. If you tick items on our documents checklist, those ticks are stored only in your own browser.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: our hosting and content delivery provider, our email delivery provider, our spam-protection provider, and privacy-focused analytics. If you sign a dispatch agreement, we share carrier details with freight brokers as needed to set you up and book loads you approve. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Analytics

We use a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics tool that loads only after you interact with the page. It counts page views and form events without cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

Leads that don't become carriers are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Information about carriers we dispatch is kept for as long as we work together and as long afterward as needed for tax, legal and accounting records.

Your choices and rights

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
• Ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time.
• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

Some US states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others, give residents rights to know, access, correct, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, and we'll honor requests to know, access, correct or delete from anyone, wherever they live. To make a request, use our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions go straight to our email provider and we keep access to lead information limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive financial or identity documents through our forms.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
